Paul Rabalais

Estate Planning Attorney

Paul A. Rabalais discovered the benefits of estate planning at an early age. At the age of eight, he received an inheritance from his grandmother. The fruits of his inheritance helped him pay for his college and law school education.

In 1987, Paul graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance. In 1990, he earned his law degree from LSU Law School. Paul furthered his knowledge of estate planning and the federal tax system by earning a Masters Degree in Tax Law from Boston University School of Law in 1991.

From 1991 through 1994, Paul worked for some of the top law firms in the State of Louisiana. In early 1995, Paul started his own estate planning law firm. Paul has provided estate planning legal services to thousands of clients through his law firm. He has written numerous articles on various aspects of estate planning, and he has given hundreds of seminars on estate planning. He is the author of Estate Planning in Louisiana:  A Layman's Guide to Understanding Wills, Trusts, Probate, Power of Attorney, Medicaid, Living Wills and Taxes

Beverly Perkins

Associate Attorney

Beverly Perkins is a New Jersey native, who moved to Louisiana in 2013. In 2017, Beverly graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in accounting and was accepted into the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While in law school, Beverly was a Senior Editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources, the president of the Tax Law Society, and a member of the Tax Moot Court Team. Beverly graduated from LSU Law in 2020 receiving her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. Before transitioning to America’s Estate Planning Lawyers, Beverly was a part of the Rabalais Estate Planning team.

Outside of America’s Estate Planning Lawyers, Beverly enjoys going on hikes with her golden doodle, Judge, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.

Brooke Coxe

Paralegal


Brooke Coxe is a native of St. Amant, Louisiana, and currently resides in Walker, Louisiana. Brooke received her Associate in Paralegal Studies in 2016 and has been a member of the team since 2015. First working with Rabalais Estate Planning, LLC before transitioning to America’s Estate Planning Lawyers in 2022.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys taking care of the many animals on her and her husband’s farm, including their dogs, Emmie and Miley, cows, chickens, and goats.
